Factory at a Glance

The PM, APM, the Sewing Technician, the Floor In-charge, the Supervisors and the Pattern In charge and Sample Makers, Cutting Master are highly experienced dependable person who understand the techniques of their works. The Machine Operators are skilled hands who know their jobs fairly well. Since we give special importance on quality which is the yard-stick of our works, our work-force for Quality Control comprising 30 skilled persons are, indeed, a force for our buyers to reckon with. Our sample makers are highly efficient in making samples. Our total production team on the floor is composed of 360 working hands (besides 40 office staffs), 85 percent of who are females within ages of 18 to 30. Strictly, we do not employ Child Labor. We have highly experienced Executives who look after the affairs of banking, imports, aexports & Customs etc. Officers of store department look after stores within the factory and outside.
